A screw that cuts threads in the wall of a 5/32'' hole pre-drilled in concrete.
Gives positive fastening in ceilings and walls.
Can be unscrewed and re-inserted.
Saves time, requires a smaller hole than plugs.
Can be used in concrete, brick, mortar, stone and block.
Because these screws cut a thread in the masonry instead of employing pressure, there is less danger of breaking the concrete when you are near the edge of the window opening.
Screws are available with slotted hex washer head and Phillips head.
Thread diameter is 3/16''.
Drill Bits are sold separately.
In determining screw length, 1'' to 1 1/4'' of the screw must sit in the masonry and a hammer drill or rotary hammer drill must be used.
